Attorney Maloney is an associate in the firm. His practice areas include small business and entrepreneurship, trademark and licensing, family and juvenile matters, personal injury, 2nd Amendment rights protection, and real estate.
Attorney Maloney received his B.A. in United States History from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was admitted to the national history honor society, Phi Alpha Theta, and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, Connecticut. While in law school, Mr. Maloney served as the Sergeant-at-Arms for the Irish-American Law Student Association.
Prior to joining Rembish, LaSaracina, and Bizzarro LLC, Mr. Maloney worked as a law clerk at The Haymond Law Firm in Hartford, Connecticut and at the Law Offices of Deborah R. Eisenberg in Glastonbury, Connecticut. He also practiced as a student associate in the University of Connecticut Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. In addition, Mr. Maloney clerked for First Justice Erskine of the Worcester County Juvenile Court in Worcester, Massachusetts.
